Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Pomology products are manufactured and shipped by our parent company, Bullwater Health & Fitness, LLC. You may return any item shipped by Bullwater Health & Fitness, LLC for a full credit or refund, keeping the following in mind:

You should return the item to us within 30 days of receipt. |

If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you can return up to 1 opened bottle per formula for a refund |

Refunds do not cover shipping and handling, unless the error is on our end |

We will only accept multiple items back if they are sealed. Multiple open bottles can only be returned if the product is damaged or defective. |
We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). If you do not have any questions regarding your return, simply email info@pomology.com to request a return shipping label. Please include your order number.
If your return is not the result of our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 15 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
Satisfaction and Potency Guarantee
We have the utmost confidence in the quality, potency and benefits of all Pomology products and believe that you will too. Should there ever be a Pomology formula which you are not satisfied with, we will refund your purchase price of up to one opened bottle per formula. Furthermore, we guarantee that the potency of all Pomology formulas will always meet or exceed the supplement facts.
