Are Pomology formulas all natural?

Yes they are. All Pomology formulations combine the finest natural ingredients and extracts. There are no artificial ingredients, preservatives or colors in any of the Pomology formulas.

Does Pomology contain any sugar, soy, dairy, corn, wheat or gluten?

No. Pomology formulas are free of these additives sometimes found in lower quality supplements

Is it safe to take Pomology if I'm taking prescription medication?

We recommend that you discuss any supplements you are taking with your doctor or health care provider to find out if there might be any drug interactions.

Are Pomology formulas vegetarian?

All Pomology formulas are vegetarian, even vegan, with the exception of our Mind Formula, which contains DHA from fish oil.

Is the pomegranate extract made from the whole pomegranate fruit?

Our pomegranate extract is made with whole pomegranates that are thoroughly washed and cleaned before being ground and converted into a water-based, standardized extract.

How long until the Pomology formula begins to work?

The amount of time until you begin to notice the benefits of each Pomology formula will vary depending on the formula. While the super-fruit antioxidants in each formula will protect your cells in the long run and fight the damage that free radicals may cause. The condition-specific ingredients in each formula should begin to produce their benefits in anywhere from several hours to several weeks.

How much caffeine is in the Pomology formulations?

Natural caffeine sources in Pomology's formulas comes in our Energy formula and any formula that has green tea. Green tea has approximately 12 mg of caffeine per 150 mg of extract, which is similar to a cup of green tea.

Should I take Pomology with food?

If you have a sensitive stomach, please take Pomology with your breakfast to lessen the chances of an upset stomach. If you continue to have an upset stomach after taking Pomology with food, please let us know or ask your health professional.

Are Pomology's supplements tested on animals?

Pomology's products are never tested on animals.

Does Pomegranate extract interact with statin drugs such as Lipitor®?

There is some preliminary research which has found that there are similarities between the ingredient in fresh pomegranates and fresh grapefruits which are known to diminish the efficacy of statin drugs, including Lipitor. While no research has been conducted specifically on the extract of pomegranates, we recommend you discuss taking Pomology with your health provider if you are taking any prescription medication.
